A Personal Message from Cheryl
I’m here to tell you that nothing could be further from the truth.
Servant leaders are the bravest, most aspirational leaders you will ever meet.
Servant leaders understand that the role of the leader is not to hog the spotlight. They have chosen to hold themselves to the highest of standards to take their teams to the bravest of destinations.
And they know it goes beyond slogans and talk. It’s integrated in every action, every decision.
This is a huge, difficult role to play. But it is also the role that creates the conditions for people to operate at peak performance.
Imagine the power of an organization in which every single person knows what motivates them to get up early every day and go to work excited for the opportunities ahead.
What’s the secret to building such a powerful organization? The Dare to Serve Leadership Framework I share in this course.
Over the course of five weeks, we will come together to do this courageous work of personal and organizational transformation. With a combination of planning exercises and self-reflective work, I will guide you to develop your central core purpose, vision, and set of how-we-do-business principles—and show you how to apply them in real life.
Maybe you’re a new manager and you don’t have a good role model or mentor, or you’re already running a large team but it isn’t performing as well as you know it can.
Whatever your experience, you know it’s time. Join me.
